Musgrove Plantation Wedding

Musgrove Plantation provided the perfect backdrop for Lauren and Will to exchange vows and celebrate with family and friends. Emily Burton designed the day around the historic live oaks and the maze garden dating back to 1938.   The white, ivory and gold accented color palette wove its way into nature’s landscape, and many picturesque florals throughout added an elegant touch of romance. Greenery not only provided earthy tones to the backdrop, but covered the walls, ceiling drapes and bar back as well.  The creative details intertwined with nature and each area of the event was curated with custom signage, decor and details for guests to enjoy and experience. From Kim: The ability to work with Emily Burton to create the back bar was the highlight of this project. Every inch was planned and the diamond boards cut just to the right size. This is also one of the first projects were we used all different colors of chalk paint and even did Gold Leafing on entire signs. It was classically artistic which just resonates so beautifully in these images.
